Andreas Paetzold advises and assists companies in all areas of the law. He has significant experience in dealing with restructuring projects, mergers and acquisitions, governance, director contracts and compliance. Andreas is French and German, married, and father of 3 children. Besides spending time with his family and managing his law firm, he enjoys hiking, skiing, sailing and swimming.
