Carsten Heisig works for German companies, merchants or individuals who have diverse interests in France. Having qualified in Germany, he has a very good understanding of his clients’ needs. 

As a Rechtsanwalt, he also advises his French clients with regards to the specifics of German law. As the firm is a member of the DIRO, he can draw on the support and advice of a network of German lawyers. 

Carsten frequently deals with dispute resolution in distribution law. In this capacity, he regularly participates in conferences held by the German trade union representing the interests of commercial agents (CDH).

He also provides assistance in solving issues that may arise during the fulfilment of employment contracts. Within the DIRO network, he heads a working group focusing on international labour law.
