Florence offers counselling and dispute resolution. She is able to respond to issues relating to restructuring, tax management (tax consolidation, deficits etc.), cost of transfer and permanent establishment, as well as other problems relating to tax authority within rapidly evolving internal regulatory framework and international framework. Florence Large is admitted to the Paris Bar, and a member of the IACF (Institute of Tax Lawyers and Advisors).
