Florian Paetzold has gained a profound knowledge of the functions and needs of businesses by having worked as a legal expert for a major German industrial group in both France and Germany. He has thus developed a practice as all-round counsel for mid-sized companies and subsidiaries of German-speaking international groups operating in the industrial sector, who he advises in all areas of the law. In this capacity he frequently deals with issues regarding distribution law, industrial contracts and product liability, and represents his clients in dispute resolution.    In addition, Florian particularly specialises in restructuring projects and mergers and acquisitions for international groups.  Florian is admitted to the Paris Bar, and is a Rechtsanwalt registered in Frankfurt.  He works in French, German and English on a daily basis.
