Marine Saphy provides counselling and assists in dispute resolution, mainly regarding civil, commercial and industrial law. She has extensive knowledge of the functions and needs of the companies she works for - large French businesses, mid-sized companies and subsidiaries of German-speaking international groups operating in the industrial sector - and provides guidance for their projects in all areas of the law. In addition, she is an experienced litigator; she represents companies in court-ordered expertise procedures and court proceedings and assists them in resolving these conflicts.  Marine is a lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar. She works in French, German and English on a daily basis.
