Andrea Ludwig is part of our Corporate Centre. In charge of legal administration formalities, she supports clients throughout their dealings with administrative authorities, judicial bodies and tax authorities (appointment of directors, share capital transactions, opening/closing of branches, sale of businesses, mergers, approval of the annual accounts...). Andrea also applies her linguistic expertise in translating all types of documents (contracts, expert reports, compliance documents, exhibits in litigation cases).
